Anyways, today I'd like to talk to you about a recent study that found that people who take mid day naps have better blood pressure control than those who do not take a nap.
More specifically, individuals who slept for an hour after their lunchtime meal have results showing lower systolic blood pressure compared to their peers who did not take a nap.
This study showed that the nappers tend to use less medication to control their blood pressure. The study included 386 individuals were being treated for high blood pressure.
